Orders are reviewed, packed, and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully completed.
This period includes order confirmation, product checks, and packaging.
A shipping notification will be sent once your package has been transferred to the courier.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays.
  • During busy seasons, slight processing delays may occur and updates may be shared by email.
  • Purchases made after business hours begin processing on the next working day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery speed may vary depending on the destination, courier network, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.
The timelines below are general estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic delivery where available: Usually 5–7 business days after shipment.
  • International delivery: Usually 14–21 business days depending on the destination country.

Unexpected delays may happen because of customs reviews, severe weather, public holidays, or courier service disruptions.
Tracking information is the best source for the latest delivery status.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are shown at checkout according to the delivery address, package weight, size, and selected shipping method.
All applicable charges are displayed before your order is submitted.

  • Free shipping may be available during selected campaigns or qualifying offers.
  • Priority or faster shipping methods may be offered for an additional fee.
  • Shipping charges cannot be refunded after the order has been dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order

5. Customs Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by the destination country.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

  • Any import duties, taxes, or local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may be returned and refunded after shipping deductions.
  • Customs processing is outside our control and may extend delivery time.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

After dispatch, the courier is responsible for transportation and final delivery. While carrier handling is outside our direct control, Tavunae will help review delivery concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please check nearby locations and contact the courier first.
  • Missing package cases may require an investigation by the shipping carrier.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with clear photos as soon as possible.

7. Correct Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Tavunae is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.

  • Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed before shipment.
  • Address updates cannot be made after the package has been dispatched.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

Packages returned because of refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import charges, or incorrect address information will be handled under the conditions below.

  • Reshipment: Available once the required additional shipping cost is paid.
  • Refunds: Processed after deducting original shipping and related return costs.
