  • Downloadable items, digital goods, or gift card purchases.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
  • Products marked as Final Sale at checkout.

1.3 Refund Processing

Once your return is received, it will be checked to confirm that it meets our return requirements. Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a notification after the refund is processed, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

1.4 Return Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

2. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please submit your request as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before the order has entered fulfillment or shipment. After dispatch, the order cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return after delivery.

  • Cancellation requests must be received before processing or shipment begins.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled after preparation or production has started.
  • Orders already shipped must be handled through the standard return procedure.
